A Holder for Other Pages - This Page Will Normally be Hidden

The purpose of this page is editorial only - and the page will normally be hidden. 1 - It contains examples of different features that are available from the website system, so that when a new page of section has to be written, the author knows what different things look like. 2 - It holds a number of pages that we want to be able to link-to, but which we do not want to appear on the top bar. For example, councillor contact details. 3 - A page can be published under this Holding-Page, which the public cannot see, but which the author and people they may consult can see.
